We're looking for an experienced designer to help us conceptualize, develop and maintain content for our website. The projects will range in scope from updating existing assets to the planning and execution of online applications both large and small that include games and community features.

We are looking for a superstar who wants to create fun, intuitive, rock-solid, online applications that will be played by millions.

Skills/Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience (preferably interactive experience)
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Intimate knowledge of relevant industry tools (Flash MX, ActionScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Drupal, Excel, etc).
• Strong communication skills- you will work on teams within the office.
• Ability to self-manage
• A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
• An eye for designing to support and define a brand.
• A great attitude- We value our creative talent tremendously and show it, but we operate an ego-free work zone.
• In addition to being a kick-ass visual designer, you should have a burning desire to constantly improve your skills.
• An impeccable design sense, experience working with online media, and a strong interest in games and online community-building are prerequisites.
